Our Project Manager drives, leads and manages Industrial Automation Projects within the specified time, budget and quality framework to the satisfaction of our Clients, ensuring economic success for the Company and profitability over lifetime.

Funcions

• Prepare offers, proposals, bids and quotations, meeting Client’s requirements and technical specifications
  
• Define Project goals (in terms of technical, financial, scheduling and quality achievements)
  
• Establish adequate project organization (meetings structure, information / knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving, deliverables)
  
• Setup an initial Project Plan in accordance with internal processes and procedures
  
• Track the project progress and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan
  
• Control the usage of the released project budget and resources per approved Project Plan
  
• Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set
  
• Negotiate changes and claims with the Client, Vendors and Suppliers
  
• Manage on-site operations throughout installation and commissioning
  
• Representation of Project in customer / supplier meetings
  
• Protect confidentiality of project data
  
• Inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner
  
• Assign work packages to project team members
  
• Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the Project and the Company

Requisits

• Proficiency in German and English
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, other STEM related discipline or pending to release the TFG or Master.
  
• 0-1 years of experience within the automotive industry
  
• 0-1 years in project management or lead role
  
• Availability to travel and off-shore assignments
